1. Introduction
Welcome to Cooklet. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Cooklet mobile application, including all features, recipe tools, AI-powered recipe generation, photo-based recipe analysis, premium features, subscriptions, and related services.
By downloading, accessing, or using Cooklet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Use of the App
Cooklet is a cooking and recipe assistant application that allows users to create, save, organize, and discover recipes. The app may include AI-powered features such as recipe suggestions, recipe generation, cooking guidance, and photo-based food analysis.
You agree to use Cooklet only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise authorized by us.
You must not use Cooklet to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the application.
- Interfere with the security, availability, or proper operation of the app.
- Use the AI features to generate harmful, unsafe, misleading, or illegal content.
3. Account and User Responsibility
Some features of Cooklet may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating or using your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
4. AI-Generated Content
Cooklet may use artificial intelligence to generate recipes, cooking suggestions, meal ideas, ingredient lists, preparation steps, and food-related analysis.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Although we aim to provide helpful and accurate results, AI responses may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific needs.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated recipes and instructions before using them. You should use your own judgment when preparing food, selecting ingredients, following cooking steps, or making dietary decisions.
Cooklet does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, safe, complete, or suitable for all users.
5. Food Safety, Allergies, and Health Disclaimer
Cooklet does not provide medical, nutritional, dietary, allergy, or health advice. Any nutrition information, calorie estimates, ingredient suggestions, or dietary labels provided by the app are for general informational purposes only.
You are solely responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, food safety, cooking temperatures, expiration dates, and suitability for your personal health conditions.
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or specific nutritional needs, you should consult a qualified professional before relying on any recipe or suggestion provided by Cooklet.
Cooklet is not responsible for allergic reactions, foodborne illness, health issues, or damages resulting from the use of recipes, ingredients, or cooking instructions provided in the app.
6. User Content
You may create, upload, save, or submit content through Cooklet, including recipes, images, ingredients, notes, prompts, and other information.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. However, by using Cooklet, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display, and use your content only as necessary to provide and improve the app’s services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded content does not violate the rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
7. Photos and Image Analysis
Cooklet may allow you to upload food-related photos for recipe analysis or recipe generation. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right to use that image and that the image does not contain illegal, harmful, or private content belonging to another person without permission.
Photo-based analysis may not always correctly identify food, ingredients, quantities, calories, or preparation methods. You should verify the results before relying on them.
8. Free and Premium Features
Cooklet may offer both free and premium features. Free users may have limited access to certain functions, such as AI recipe chats, photo-based recipe analysis, saved recipes, usage limits, or other features.
Premium users may receive additional benefits, which may include unlimited or increased AI recipe chats, photo-based recipe analysis, premium cooking features, or other functionality described in the app or on the purchase screen.
The exact premium features, limits, prices, and availability may change from time to time.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
Cooklet may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
When you purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Subscription prices, durations, free trials, introductory offers, and available plans are shown in the app and managed through the App Store. Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, and Apple’s pricing rules.
10. Free Trials and Introductory Offers
Cooklet may offer free trials or introductory pricing for certain subscription plans. The availability, duration, and terms of these offers may vary.
If a free trial is offered, you may be charged automatically after the trial period ends unless you cancel the subscription before the trial expires.
Free trials and promotional offers are managed by Apple and may be limited to eligible users only.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the Cooklet app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. Cooklet does not directly process App Store payments or refunds.
After cancellation, you may continue to access premium features until the end of the current paid subscription period, unless otherwise determined by Apple.
12. Changes to Subscription Features
We may modify, add, remove, limit, or update premium features from time to time. We will try to maintain a fair and useful premium experience, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently.
If major changes are made, we may notify users through the app, website, or other reasonable methods.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using Cooklet, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

14. Intellectual Property
Cooklet, including its design, logo, branding, software, interface, features, and related content, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Cooklet without our written permission.
15. Third-Party Services
Cooklet may use third-party services for authentication, cloud storage, analytics, AI processing, payments, subscriptions, or other app functionality.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
16. Availability and Service Changes
We aim to keep Cooklet available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The app may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, network problems, third-party service outages, or other reasons.
We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the app at any time.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cooklet and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to inaccurate recipes, AI-generated content, cooking results, food safety issues, allergic reactions, data loss, subscription issues, or service interruptions.
Your use of Cooklet is at your own risk.
18. No Warranty
Cooklet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the app’s accuracy, reliability, availability, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Cooklet if you violate these Terms of Use, misuse the app, attempt to harm the service, or engage in unlawful behavior.
You may stop using the app at any time.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we may update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Cooklet after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms of Use.

Cooklet’e hoş geldiniz. Bu Kullanım Şartları; Cooklet mobil uygulamasına erişiminizi ve uygulamayı kullanımınızı, tarif oluşturma araçlarını, yapay zekâ destekli tarif üretimini, fotoğraftan tarif analizini, premium özellikleri, abonelikleri ve ilgili hizmetleri kapsar.

2. Uygulamanın Kullanımı
Cooklet; kullanıcıların tarif oluşturmasına, kaydetmesine, düzenlemesine ve yeni tarifler keşfetmesine yardımcı olan bir yemek ve tarif asistanı uygulamasıdır. Uygulama; tarif önerileri, tarif üretimi, yemek pişirme rehberliği ve fotoğraftan yemek analizi gibi yapay zekâ destekli özellikler içerebilir.
Cooklet’i yalnızca yasal, kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.
Cooklet’i şu amaçlarla kullanamazsınız:
- Geçerli yasa veya düzenlemeleri ihlal etmek.
- Yasa dışı, zararlı, saldırgan veya uygunsuz içerik yüklemek.
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik, kopyalama, değiştirme veya kötüye kullanma girişiminde bulunmak.
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini, çalışmasını veya erişilebilirliğini bozmak.
- Yapay zekâ özelliklerini zararlı, güvensiz, yanıltıcı veya yasa dışı içerik üretmek için kullanmak.
3. Hesap ve Kullanıcı Sorumluluğu
Cooklet’in bazı özellikleri hesap oluşturmayı gerektirebilir. Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan ve hesabınız üzerinden gerçekleştirilen işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
Hesap oluştururken veya uygulamayı kullanırken doğru ve güncel bilgiler sağlamayı kabul edersiniz. Giriş bilgilerinizin korunmamasından kaynaklanan yetkisiz erişimlerden doğabilecek kayıplardan Cooklet sorumlu değildir.
4. Yapay Zekâ Tarafından Üretilen İçerikler
Cooklet; tarifler, yemek önerileri, malzeme listeleri, hazırlık adımları, kalori tahminleri ve yemekle ilgili analizler üretmek için yapay zekâ kullanabilir.
Yapay zekâ tarafından üretilen içerikler yalnızca bilgilendirme ve kolaylık sağlama amacıyla sunulur. Faydalı ve doğru sonuçlar sağlamayı hedeflesek de yapay zekâ yanıtları zaman zaman eksik, hatalı, uygunsuz veya sizin özel ihtiyaçlarınıza uygun olmayabilir.
Yapay zekâ tarafından oluşturulan tüm tarifleri ve talimatları kullanmadan önce kontrol etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Yemek hazırlarken, malzeme seçerken, pişirme adımlarını uygularken veya beslenmeyle ilgili kararlar alırken kendi değerlendirmenizi yapmalısınız.

5. Gıda Güvenliği, Alerji ve Sağlık Uyarısı
Cooklet tıbbi, beslenme, diyet, alerji veya sağlık tavsiyesi sunmaz. Uygulamada verilen besin değerleri, kalori tahminleri, içerik önerileri veya diyet etiketleri yalnızca genel bilgilendirme amaçlıdır.
Malzemeleri, alerjenleri, gıda güvenliğini, pişirme sıcaklıklarını, son kullanma tarihlerini ve tariflerin kişisel sağlık durumunuza uygunluğunu kontrol etmek tamamen sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
Alerjiniz, özel beslenme ihtiyacınız, tıbbi bir durumunuz veya diyet kısıtlamanız varsa Cooklet tarafından sağlanan tarif veya önerilere güvenmeden önce yetkili bir uzmana danışmanız gerekir.
Cooklet; tarifler, malzemeler veya pişirme talimatlarının kullanımı sonucunda oluşabilecek alerjik reaksiyonlardan, gıda zehirlenmelerinden, sağlık sorunlarından veya zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
6. Kullanıcı İçeriği
Cooklet üzerinden tarif, görsel, malzeme, not, yapay zekâ istemi ve benzeri içerikler oluşturabilir, yükleyebilir veya kaydedebilirsiniz.
Oluşturduğunuz veya yüklediğiniz içeriklerin mülkiyeti size aittir. Ancak Cooklet’i kullanarak, uygulama hizmetlerini sunmak ve iyileştirmek için gerekli olduğu ölçüde içeriğinizi saklama, işleme, görüntüleme ve kullanma konusunda bize sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve dünya çapında geçerli bir lisans vermiş olursunuz.
Yüklediğiniz içeriklerin başkalarının telif hakkı, marka hakkı, gizlilik hakkı veya diğer yasal haklarını ihlal etmediğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
7. Fotoğraflar ve Görsel Analiz
Cooklet, tarif analizi veya tarif oluşturma amacıyla yemekle ilgili fotoğraflar yüklemenize izin verebilir. Bir görsel yükleyerek, bu görseli kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuzu ve görselin izinsiz şekilde başka bir kişiye ait özel, yasa dışı veya zararlı içerik barındırmadığını kabul edersiniz.
Fotoğraftan yapılan analizler; yemeği, malzemeleri, miktarları, kalorileri veya hazırlama yöntemlerini her zaman doğru şekilde belirleyemeyebilir. Sonuçlara güvenmeden önce bunları kontrol etmelisiniz.
8. Ücretsiz ve Premium Özellikler
Cooklet hem ücretsiz hem de premium özellikler sunabilir. Ücretsiz kullanıcıların; yapay zekâ tarif sohbetleri, fotoğraftan tarif analizi, kayıtlı tarifler, kullanım limitleri veya diğer özelliklere erişimi sınırlı olabilir.
Premium kullanıcılar; sınırsız veya artırılmış yapay zekâ tarif sohbeti, fotoğraftan tarif analizi, premium yemek özellikleri veya uygulama içinde belirtilen diğer avantajlara erişebilir.
Premium özelliklerin kapsamı, limitleri, fiyatları ve kullanılabilirliği zaman zaman değişebilir.
9. Abonelikler ve Ödemeler
Cooklet, Apple App Store üzerinden otomatik yenilenen abonelikler sunabilir.
Bir abonelik satın aldığınızda ödeme, satın alma onayında Apple ID hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğiniz, mevcut fatura döneminin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
Hesabınız, mevcut abonelik döneminin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde yenileme için ücretlendirilebilir. Aboneliğinizi Apple ID hesap ayarlarınız üzerinden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.
Abonelik fiyatları, süreleri, ücretsiz denemeler, tanıtım teklifleri ve mevcut planlar uygulama içinde gösterilir ve App Store tarafından yönetilir. Fiyatlar ülkenize, para biriminize, vergilere ve Apple’ın fiyatlandırma kurallarına göre değişebilir.
10. Ücretsiz Denemeler ve Tanıtım Teklifleri
Cooklet bazı abonelik planları için ücretsiz deneme veya tanıtım fiyatı sunabilir. Bu tekliflerin kullanılabilirliği, süresi ve koşulları değişebilir.
Ücretsiz deneme sunuluyorsa, deneme süresi bitmeden aboneliği iptal etmediğiniz takdirde deneme sonunda otomatik olarak ücretlendirilebilirsiniz.
Ücretsiz denemeler ve promosyon teklifleri Apple tarafından yönetilir ve yalnızca uygun kullanıcılarla sınırlı olabilir.
11. İptal ve Geri Ödemeler
Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Apple ID hesap ayarlarınız üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz. Cooklet uygulamasını silmek aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmez.
Geri ödeme talepleri Apple’ın politikalarına göre Apple tarafından değerlendirilir. Cooklet, App Store ödemelerini veya geri ödemelerini doğrudan işlemez.
İptalden sonra, Apple tarafından aksi belirlenmediği sürece mevcut ücretli abonelik döneminin sonuna kadar premium özelliklere erişmeye devam edebilirsiniz.
12. Abonelik Özelliklerinde Değişiklikler
Premium özellikleri zaman zaman değiştirebilir, ekleyebilir, kaldırabilir, sınırlayabilir veya güncelleyebiliriz. Adil ve faydalı bir premium deneyim sağlamaya çalışırız; ancak her özelliğin kalıcı olarak kullanılabilir kalacağını garanti etmeyiz.

14. Fikri Mülkiyet
Cooklet’in tasarımı, logosu, markası, yazılımı, arayüzü, özellikleri ve ilgili içerikleri geliştiriciye aittir veya geliştirici tarafından lisanslanmıştır ve fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
Yazılı iznimiz olmadan Cooklet’i kopyamaz, dağıtamaz, değiştiremez, satamaz, kiralayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya Cooklet’e dayalı türev çalışmalar oluşturamazsınız.
15. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetleri
Cooklet; kimlik doğrulama, bulut depolama, analiz, yapay zekâ işleme, ödeme, abonelik veya diğer uygulama işlevleri için üçüncü taraf hizmetler kullanabilir.
Bu üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin kendi kullanım şartları ve gizlilik politikaları olabilir. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin içeriklerinden, politikalarından veya uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz.
16. Hizmetin Kullanılabilirliği ve Değişiklikler
Cooklet’i erişilebilir ve çalışır durumda tutmayı hedefleriz; ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız hizmet garantisi vermeyiz. Uygulama bakım, güncelleme, teknik sorunlar, ağ problemleri, üçüncü taraf hizmet kesintileri veya başka nedenlerle geçici olarak kullanılamayabilir.
Uygulamanın herhangi bir bölümünü istediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, askıya alabilir, durdurabilir veya değiştirebiliriz.
17. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Cooklet ve geliştiricisi, uygulamanın kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuçsal veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu değildir.
Bu; hatalı tarifler, yapay zekâ içerikleri, pişirme sonuçları, gıda güvenliği sorunları, alerjik reaksiyonlar, veri kaybı, abonelik sorunları veya hizmet kesintilerinden kaynaklanan zararları da kapsar.
Cooklet’i kullanmanız tamamen kendi sorumluluğunuzdadır.
18. Garanti Verilmemesi
Cooklet “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekilde” sunulur. Uygulamanın doğruluğu, güvenilirliği, erişilebilirliği, belirli bir amaca uygunluğu veya kesintisiz çalışacağı konusunda açık veya zımni herhangi bir garanti vermeyiz.
Uygulamanın beklentilerinizi karşılayacağını veya tüm hataların düzeltileceğini garanti etmeyiz.
19. Fesih
Bu Kullanım Şartları’nı ihlal etmeniz, uygulamayı kötüye kullanmanız, hizmete zarar vermeye çalışmanız veya yasa dışı davranışlarda bulunmanız durumunda Cooklet’e erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
Uygulamayı kullanmayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilirsiniz.
20. Bu Şartlarda Değişiklikler
Bu Kullanım Şartları’nı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklik yaptığımızda sayfanın üst kısmındaki “Son Güncelleme” tarihini değiştirebiliriz.
Değişikliklerden sonra Cooklet’i kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş Kullanım Şartları’nı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
